We are specifically seeking motivated and outgoing people to fill the role of Administrative & Front Desk Officer. As an AFDO you will be responsible for managing administrative workflow in order to insure that multiple services are provided in an effective and an efficient manner.

Job Specification:

  • Using computerized system, electronic devices and office package software including Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
  • Providing secretarial services including arrangements of e-mails, correspondences, meetings and conferences
  • Maintaining Billing records of the clients
  • Liaising with the staff and with external contacts.
  • Handling telephone calls, ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other staff
  • Carrying out other tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor
